Magnet Theater Internship Program

Magnet interns are dedicated students who display professionalism, respect for others, and a love for improv. Interns are representatives of the theater, and as such we expect them to consistently be friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable about our classes, shows, policies, and community. Interns acquire intern credits, which may be exchanged for classes, by working shifts at the theater. A two-week training period is required before interns begin to acquire credits.

A Magnet instructor recommendation is required to be considered as an intern. Internships are highly-competitive and there is often a long wait list. Due to the high level of interest, we will only contact you if we wish to offer you an internship or require more information from you. Magnet reserves the right to accept and dismiss interns at its discretion.
