ARIANA VENTURI only officially became a Shelby Company member after she was cast in last summer's production of "Sousepaw: A Baseball Story," which was followed by a traditional bloodletting ritual. Favorite NY credits include: "Recess" (The Flea Theatre/Kip Fagan), "Classic Kitchen Timer" (The Flea Theatre/Adam Rapp), "Dance Dance Revolution" (Les Freres Corbusier/ Alex Timbers) and the title role in Clubbed Thumb's "Vendetta Chrome." At the end of this month, Ari will appear in the world premiere of Greg Kotis' "Michael Von Siebenburg Melts Through The Floorboards" at the 36th Annual Humana Festival. She holds a generally useless degree in English from Vassar College.
