Binu Paulose

Bio

Binu began studying long-form improv in February 2007. He has studied under Armando Diaz, David Razowsky, Rachel Hamilton, Louis Kornfeld, Alex Marino, Bobby Moynihan, Zach Woods, Joe Wengert, Gavin Speiller, Shannon O'Neill, Jay Rhoderick, Joe Bill & Mark Sutton. He has performed with the indie improv groups Prozac Morris, Roid Rage, and B.S. (duo improv with Seth Yavit). He was also a founding member of Drivethru Baby, an improv collective that formed from Alex Marino's "Slacker" class.

Currently, you can see Binu perform with RuBin (duo improv with the lovely Ruby Marez), & Dearly Beloved, where they perform the Wake, an improv form created by Alex Marino & first performed in 2005 by the Necropolitans.

Outside of the world of improv & sketch comedy at the Magnet, Binu has also appeared on "The Whitest Kids U Know", "Channel 101: NY", "Penelope: Princess of Pets", & "Popular Science's Future Of".

There's a good chance you've heard his very loud laugh at the Magnet Theater at least once. There's also a good chance you've seen him crotch chop someone in the lobby of the theater. If you've seen & heard both of these things, consider yourself a lucky person.
