Noel has been an improvisor since 1993 (too long). In Chicago he performed for way too long with DeepSchwa. Now he is working on performing with Featherweight for way too long. Noel also acts, most notably in the the Drama Desk award winning Charlie Victor Romeo, as well as anything anybody feels like paying him money to act in. You may have sen Noel on TV if you have really good eyes.
