Bio
Rachel Rosenthal recently relocated to New York from Boston where she was in the Mainstage cast at ImprovBoston. She specializes in long-form and musical improv, and has been known to showcase these mad skills in numerous festivals including Chicago, North Carolina Comedy Arts, San Francisco, Providence, Boston, and Women in Comedy Improv Festivals as well as Chicago Sketch Fest. She has studied with Joe Bill, Asaf Ronen, Zach Ward, Will Luera, Jeremiah Jordan, Jon Gabrus, Brandon Gardner, Gavin Speiller, and Jill Bernard.
Since 2002, Rachel worked at ImprovBoston, performing in many shows such as The Holiday Spectacular Sketch Show, This Improvised Life, Laugh Track, and GoreFest! She was a cast member in ImprovBostons weekly TheatreSports show from 2005 2007, before moving into the Mainstage cast where she performed weekly until 2010.
Upon moving to NYC, she immediately joined the free-stylin North Coast whom she loves dearly. She can also be seen with Beatloaf, Doctor BallRoom, and Boston/ NY duos Toy Boat (with Erin McGhee) and Trail Mix (with Robert Woo.)
In addition to comedy, she is a web developer and full-time bridesmaid. She has a website, theraeroshow.com, and like, way too many blogs.
