STEFAN WENGER is a Bronx native whose ancestors are mostly Amish. The entirety of his theatrical experience is in improv primarily musical improv. He is continually delighted to perform in a different Broadway show each week, without ever having to audition for strangers, memorize lines or wear a costume. Stef has had some fantastic teachers, including Rick Andrews, Russ Armstrong, Tara Copeland, Rachel Hamilton, Louis Kornfeld, Rachel Hamilton, Alex Marino, Michael Martin, Peter McNerney, Rob Schiffman and Frank Spitznagel.
His team Petting Zoo performs weekly at the Queens Secret Improv Club and at festivals and theaters throughout NYC. With Snake Eyes, he currently serves as an enthusiastic ambassador for musical improv, and will probably attempt to get you to try musical improv whether you like it or not, because it's the most fun in the world. Seriously though, just try it.
He's also into spiritual transformation, yoga, liberated relationships, comic books and like a gajillion bands.
