Mark Grenier, Training Center Director, Instructor, Performer

Mark Grenier is the Training Center Director and an improv instructor at Magnet Theater in New York City. He is also the Artistic Director of Shoot From The Hip, an improvisational filmmaking program associated with the Catskill Mountain Foundation. Mark has taught improv at Fairfield University, Marymount Manhattan College, The Peoples Improv Theater, and Polaris North Theater Company. He has conducted training workshops for The Fulbright Association and at improv festivals around the country. Mark has studied improv extensively with Armando Diaz. He has also studied with Mick Napier at the Annoyance Theater in Chicago and with many other instructors from Annoyance, I.O., Second City, and The Upright Citizens Brigade. Mark has studied film at Brooklyn College and acting at The Atlantic Theater Company. He currently performs with his three-person improv group, Theory of Everything, on Saturday nights at Magnet Theater.
