Duncan Murdoch's acting style stems from his deep involvement with improvisational theater and from his training at the Magnet Theater and the William Esper Studio. His recent work includes acting in the original webseries, Downsized as the character Lowell Wishingbone, playing the character Spiers in the next Feenix Film's feature film, completing his original short film, Wedding Night and his weekly acting and writing sessions with the theatre group, The Collective. He has also notably performed in the improvisational shows No Filter in the Toronto International Improv Fest and The Stanley Project in the Providence Improv Festival. Main stream television & film appearances include The Good Shepherd, Meet Dave, Noise, Ugly Betty, The Good Wife and 30 Rock. He is proud to have created the improvisational group FACE which include performances in New York International Fringe Festival and and he is thrilled to be currently working with the great talent that abounds in NYC. He encourages people to find peace and understanding from within and to reduce, reuse and recycle to preserve the natural beauty of the world.
